Mumbai–Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail Corridor

The Mumbai–Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail Corridor, popularly known as the Bullet Train Project, is India's first high-speed rail initiative. This ambitious project is being developed by the National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) and aims to revolutionize the country's rail transport system.

  • Route: Mumbai (Maharashtra) to Ahmedabad (Gujarat)

Current Status

Environmental & Social Considerations

The project incorporates eco-friendly technologies and aims to minimize environmental impact. Compensation and rehabilitation packages have been offered to affected families along the corridor.
