Educational Scholarships to wards:

One time educational grant to wards
- Employees in the scale of pay upto Rs.6500-10500 in CDA or equivalent IDA scale.
- Degree / Diploma courses or equivalent courses in Medical / Engineering / MBA.
- BCA / LAW / BBA degree / 3 years' Technical / Engg diploma course from reputed institute recognized by UGC.
- Rs.10,000/- (for 5 years degree courses) and Rs.7500 (for 3 years Degree / Diploma courses) or actual cost (whichever is less) on producing original cash memo / receipt.
Educational Assistance
- Only to the wards of deceased employees (upto Senior Secondary level only)
- Total reimbursement up to actual cost or Rs.10,000/- whichever is less, with original cash memo / receipt.
Educational awards to meritorious children
- To the wards of employees who have passed 10th or 12th Board examination.
- Cash award (Rs.5000/- for 10th and Rs.6000/- for 12th) and certificate.
Health
- Free consultancy (Homeopathy) and medicine for all employees in Corporate Office for three days in a week on alternate days (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
- At Asiad complex – All IRCON employees and their families for one day (Thursday) in a week
- 24x7 helpline service which dedicated area wise mobile numbers are available to support any employee in case of any exigency.
Marriage Assistance
- Marriage assistance Rs. 10,001/-for daughters / dependant sisters(Group 'C' and 'D' only).
Distress
- Ex gratia payment Rs.40,000/-to the next of kin of the employee who dies in harness.
- Funeral expenses Rs. 10,000/-to the next of kin of the employee who dies in harness (contract / ad hoc employees only)

- All projects in India are sanctioned specific amount to be utilized for purchase of one carom board and one badminton set etc
